The taste I couldn’t live without: Ice Cream
Most incredible dinner out: Back in college, we used to go to this Hibachi restaurant (one) because the food was really good and (two) because it was the only BYO place in the area. It was fine Japanese cuisine complimented by a box of Franzia.
I became a vegetarian: Five years ago. I was never a huge fan of meat.
If I could cook for anyone: I would cook a veggie burger for Ron Swanson, and he would love it.
I’m dying to go to: Ireland! My whole family is taking a vacation there together later this year.
Growing up: I loved being a military kid. Now, I like moving every few years. I’ve met some truly great people along the way.
I feel most at home: When I am in a place where I can relax and be creative.
I moved to New York: To work at Engine Room. It’s the best recording studio around.
What scares me most about following my dreams: Sometimes I have some crazy dreams…
Can you remember a “pinch yourself” moment where you couldn’t believe you were in NY? I was assisting DJ Cassidy while he opened for the Black Eyed Peas in Central Park. It amazing to be on stage looking back at over 60,000 people. I love it here because awesome experiences take place everyday in New York.
Happiness is: Finding a dollar pizza spot after a long night out in the city.
