Dear Poor Me,
The best thing that I do when feeling run down is make a big batch of Ginger, Lemon and Honey Tea. I think that sometimes it’s best to give your system a break and just drink lots of fluid. I will drink lots of this throughout the day and then have maybe a great veggie soup in the evening. Good thing Phil is a master at soups and tends to have a great soup every season.What You Need: 3/4 Cup Ginger Juice 1/2 Lemon Juice 2 Pinches of Cayenne 3 Tablesspoon of honey
