When life hands you lemons.... make ice cubes

PROBLEM: Your latest cocktail party was an all-out success, but now you’re left with a dozen, half-sliced lemons—remnants from your delicious French 75′s. It seems wasteful to throw them out, but you’re definitely not going to use all that juice before the lemons go bad.

SOLUTION: Squeeze leftover lemon or lime juice into ice cube trays—you’ll always be prepared next time a recipe calls for a dash of fresh citrus.

Genius, right?!
