If I were you, I would make avocado on toast with spicy eggs. It’s a little different, yet so simple and on top of that, you’ll look like a pro. The key to this recipe is using the best ingredients possible: great bread, ripe avocados and fresh organic eggs with really bright orange yolks.
Here’s what you’ll need to land your ‘Mr. Right’:
1 Ciabatta Loaf
2 Ripe Avocados
4 Amazing Eggs
Bring a pan of water to a boil, gently place the eggs in there and boil for EXACTLY 6 mins. This is the greatest trick I will ever teach you- it works every time. Peal and de-stone the avocados and place in a bowl, add salt, juice of half a lemon, and chili flakes and then crush together lightly with the back of a fork. Toast or grill the bread, drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil, the spoon the avocado mix on the toasted bread, peal the perfectly soft boiled eggs, lightly crush them and place them on the bread, sprinkle with sea salt and chili, and there you have it, a husband.
