Today one of my heroes who also doubles as my cousin, Sandy, celebrates her 30th birthday back home in Australia.
Why is she my hero? A few things: Sandy manages to be a surgeon (!), a loving wife, an incredible mother and a culinary goddess – all at once. Not to mention she looks damn fine in shorts and is one of the coolest people I know who inspires me to do it all and then some more.
