A few weeks ago, Tali made us some damn good pesto. The food wasn’t the only thing that impressed us – her place is stunning. A Brooklyn Bridge view, huge kitchen… but this is New York City, so even Tali has storage problems (So. many. books!)
Her fix? She stows all her faves in a bookcase turned on its side, with a cushion on top to create an extra place for guests to sit (or lounge, in my case). Steal her idea with this Ikea bookcase – find a shorter version here – and some cushions like these from ABC Home. Two solutions in one, easy!
