The taste I can’t live without: Fresh herbs and seafood.
Most incredible dinner out: Pala Pizza in the Lower East Side. A great little spot in Manhattan I go to with my brothers and their wives. It has the best gluten free pizza in the world. We split the Etna Pizza: eggplant, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, ricotta salata and basil and the Zucca: butternut squash puree, pancetta, smoked scamorza cheese and mozzarella.
Any hidden talents? I played basketball in College, so my Jump shot is pretty good.
I’m dying to go to: Paris, France. I am looking for some recommendations…
Favorite surf spot: A point break right below the Closenberg Hotel near Galle, Sri Lanka.
If I could cook for anyone: I’d make a pork roll, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich for my dad. It’s a local Jersey favorite.
