‘We just moved into our house in Silver Lake a couple of weeks ago, and before I went out of town for a while and the weather was still blazing hot, we decided to throw together a little Sunday afternoon gathering. This is the first house we’ve had with a pool, so entertaining has become even more frequent than usual. I often get inspired to host after watching an episode of The Barefoot Contessa or reading an issue of Bon Appetit. Recently Ina made a Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp and Bon App featured a juicy slab of ribs on the cover, so I had to make them for myself immediately.
