If I could cook for anyone: I would cook for all my friends and family. We would have a huge cook-out with steaks, burgers, fresh oysters, and an assortment of local NC fish; with plenty of cold beers to wash it all down.
The best thing(s) about North Carolina/growing up in the South: Having the best friends and family in the world, the great food, and growing up on the beach.

4 Fresh Poke from the Kahuku Superette on the North Shore of Hawaii (raw ahi tuna seasoned over fresh rice)
