Latest splurge: …Two weeks after Thanksgiving dinner I bought twelve cookies for lunch.

Best gift you’ve ever received: An angel that loves me for me. Even when Top Roman Noodles is on the menu to eat.

My mother taught me: To love everyone, and to give endlessly along with not taking NO! as an answer.

DeVon’s Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies with Minced Peppermint

Ingredients:
-self preference on chocolate chip cookie mix.
-1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
-1/2 cup  red & green of semi sweet chocolate morsels
-1/4 cup of self minced peppermint (broken candy cane)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 365.
Lightly grease cookie sheet.
Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl till no more cookie powder is visible. Then scoop cookie dough based on self satisfying serving size. Place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Place in oven for roughly 9mins, let stand for 5 mins to cool then enjoy!
