It’s Friday, ya’ll!
This week has been extra chilly so why not warm up those cheeks with a Gin Blush Cocktail from Chez Us. A little bit sweet, a little bit tart and if you’re feeling extra fancy throw a splash of champagne in there for some extra bubbles.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces cranberry gin
- 1 ounces st. germain
- 4 dashes rhubarb bitters
- 4 ounces bitter lemon (we like to use Fever Tree)
- ice cubes
Instructions
- In a stirring beaker add the ice cubes, gin, st. germain and bitters.
- Stir.
- Strain into a pretty glass.
- Top off with bitter lemon.
- Serve.
- Drink.
