Get warm and fuzzy with a Gin Blush Cockatil from Chez Us

It’s Friday, ya’ll!

This week has been extra chilly so why not warm up those cheeks with a Gin Blush Cocktail from Chez Us. A little bit sweet, a little bit tart and if you’re feeling extra fancy throw a splash of champagne in there for some extra bubbles.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces cranberry gin
  • 1 ounces st. germain
  • 4 dashes rhubarb bitters
  • 4 ounces bitter lemon (we like to use Fever Tree)
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a stirring beaker add the ice cubes, gin, st. germain and bitters.
  2. Stir.
  3. Strain into a pretty glass.
  4. Top off with bitter lemon.
  5. Serve.
  6. Drink.
