If I could cook for anyone: Pasta! For those I love

The best things about New York: It’s spirit, energy, and culture

Why I love what I do: I get to work with great people and friends while bringing fun and exciting ideas to life

I’m dying to go to: Japan! I’ve never been. I’ve always been so inspired by their food, design, culture, and technology

1. Striped bass at The Fat Radish

2. Tagliatelle alla Bolognese at Sant Ambroeus
