Baby Broccoli with Anchovies & Burrata

  1. In a cast-iron pan heat olive oil. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, and anchovy fillets. Smash together with the back of a spoon. Heat and cook until the garlic is golden and aromatic.

  2. Add in the broccoli and sauté until tender.

  3. When cooked the broccoli is cooked, arrange it on a platter with slices of burrata cheese oil-cured pitted black olives.

  4. Finish with a squeeze of lemon and fresh pepper.

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 anchovy fillets
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 cup oil-cured, black pitted olives
  • Fresh burrata slices
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
