Baby Broccoli with Anchovies & Burrata by Piera Gelardi
In a cast-iron pan heat olive oil. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, and anchovy fillets. Smash together with the back of a spoon. Heat and cook until the garlic is golden and aromatic.
Add in the broccoli and sauté until tender.
When cooked the broccoli is cooked, arrange it on a platter with slices of burrata cheese oil-cured pitted black olives.
Finish with a squeeze of lemon and fresh pepper.
